Ordering and Payment
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes. All prices on our website are trade prices. We work directly with our manufacturer so we can offer reliable quality at fair prices without a middleman.
Do I get a discount if I order in bulk?
We keep pricing fair for everyone. For larger requirements we are happy to discuss an individual quote for orders of 30 aprons or more. Please contact us.
Do you offer trade invoices and purchase orders?
Yes. We can invoice UK businesses. Standard terms are pro forma unless otherwise agreed. Please contact accounts@wearshift.co
VAT?
We are a UK limited company and are not currently VAT registered. Prices are shown without VAT.
Size and Customisation
What sizes do your aprons come in?
Most styles are one size with adjustable ties. Cross-back styles comfortably fit roughly XS to XXL. If you need extra-long ties or a longer body for a team order, just ask and we will advise. Please contact us.
Do you offer customisation?
Yes. We can create a customised apron for your team and can match apron colours to your brand palette. Custom make requires a minimum order of 100 aprons and a lead time of about 10 to 12 weeks from final approval.
Do you offer name and logo embroidery or print?
Yes. For names we only need the text, thread colour and placement. For logos please send us a high-resolution file such as PNG or PDF. You will receive a digital proof before we stitch or print.
Where can embroidery be placed?
Common placements are chest, corner or pocket. We will recommend the neatest option based on the style and the scale of your logo.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum for name embroidery on in-stock aprons. Logo embroidery has a small set-up cost. Tell us what you need and we will quote. Please contact us.
Can you match our brand colour?
We can match thread shades closely and recommend apron colours that sit well with your palette. Full dye-to-match fabric is available for custom runs that meet the 100-unit minimum.
