We make every effort to process our order quickly.

Please note: Couriers do not deliver to PO boxes, please provide us with an address for delivery.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

How long will it take for me to get my order?

Most orders will be processed and delivered within 3-6 business days between 9am and 5pm and require a signature. In the event where no one is available at the shipping address to sign for a delivery, a note will be left by the delivery driver with instructions for how to book a redelivery. It is then the responsibility of the customer to arrange a time for redelivery within the conditions set on the note. Please note: Bulk orders and orders that require branding will take longer. We will advice you on the exact delivery date.

What currency are orders billed?

All orders will be billed in British Pound. You can view the amount you will be billed in your shopping cart.

How much is shipping?

Our local shipping costs are calculated by weight and your location.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. Pre-payment by means of company check or wire bank transfer can be arranged by writing to accounts@wearshift.co

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

How long will it take for me to get my order?

Most international orders will be processed within 1-2 business days and delivered to you between 7-12 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your destination, customs and duties. All orders are shipped via a SHIFT. selected courier service, unless otherwise requested. Please refer to the Shipping & Tax calculator in your shopping bag for an approximate delivery cost to your region.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated by weight and your location. We ship from our warehouse in UK using a SHIFT. selected courier service, unless otherwise requested. You will have the opportunity to view the shipping cost before payment at check out. Shipments sent outside of UK are sold exclusive of VAT and may be subject to import duties or sales taxes once the shipment reaches your country. Goods can be detained in customs and fees incurred. SHIFT. is not responsible for the taxes, custom fees or duty charges. We recommend that you contact your local tax office if you require more information on import duties, tax and import entries fees.

Are there any additional costs to my order, such as tax or brokerage fees?

UK residents are subject to VAT. Clients outside UK are responsible for their own local duties / brokerage fees. We do not include nor reimburse the costs of duties and taxes imposed by foreign governments.

Shipping of Pre-Order Items

Please be aware that we try to ship orders when all items are available to dispatch – rather than part shipping your order. This means that if your shopping cart contains a Pre-Order item, your order will be shipped in full only when the Pre-Order item becomes available. Please contact us if you have Pre-Order items as part of your purchase and would like the available items to be shipped separately.
