Website Content and Your Orders

We display the products featured on this site as accurately as possible. However, the colours we use, as well as the display and color capabilities of your particular computer monitor, will affect the colours you actually see on the screen. We shall not be held responsible for the limitations of your monitor and cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color, texture, or detail of merchandise will be accurate. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please refer to our Return Policy.

Occasionally, information on our website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in relation to product descriptions, pricing and availability. We will attempt to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted an order. If there is a pricing error on an item you have ordered, we will notify you and wait to receive your approval of the corrected price before continuing with your order. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and you decide to cancel your order, we will promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Due to special promotions and sales, items in your shopping cart may have a different price from the price displayed on the product page when it was first placed in your cart.

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by WEAR SHIFT. LTD. This means that WEAR SHIFT. LTD may refuse to accept or may cancel any order— whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, and without liability to you or anyone else. If your credit card has been charged for an order that we later cancel, WEAR SHIFT. LTD will issue you a refund for that particular order.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased and/or to prohibit sales to dealers.

Currency, Taxes and Duty

Note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Pound Sterling.

For orders being shipped within the United Kingdom, prices are inclusive of GST. For orders being shipped internationally, GST is removed from the item price.
Orders to countries outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs.

Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
For international orders goods can be detained in customs and custom fees incurred. WEAR SHIFT. LTD is not responsible for the taxes, custom fees or duty charges.

Prices shown are in Pound Sterling include a 20% GST (Goods and Services Tax). GST will be removed at the checkout for orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, when these become available through our Website.

Shipping

Please note that if a package is not collected or if it is refused, we reserve the right to charge you for the shipping costs of returning items via our selected courier service.

The shipping cost is stated upon approval of your order during the purchase process. For undelivered packages, WEAR SHIFT. LTD reserves the right to charge a fee equivalent to the shipping costs incurred by WEAR SHIFT. LTD for said order.

You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is shipped from WEAR SHIFT. LTD. With this number, you can follow your order from us until it arrives at its destination.

WEAR SHIFT. LTD ships worldwide. Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the online purchase based on the size and weight of the order and the delivery address.

WEAR SHIFT. LTD does not offer refunds on goods that our courier service was able to deliver in full. If you would like to take out insurance for your international order, please contact WEAR SHIFT. LTD prior to purchasing.
